Man you’ll need to find to go knifes and napkins. Simple stuff but for people traveling it’s a big deal or a hassle. Great food. Just excellent. I had Change Chicken extra spicy. Being able to get it extra spicy had me start ordering it again. It used to be very spicy when they first offered this product and then it went sweet and now it’s back to normal if you have the extra spicy very good. Thank you!

Been many years since i ate here and sadly the luster and allure is gone. Felt kinda sad eating there and the portion sizes very very very tiny. Service was great. Food options great. But it felt almost like it became pei wei versus the lux fun lively “chinese” it once was Lots of specials. These pics are double meat (lunch chicken deal. And full size Mongolian beef. Double meat) $65 in food shown.

Food was trash. Crab wontons were hard and tasteless. Sesame chicken was bland with the veggies being edible. Dynamite lacked flavor but was edible. The waiter was nice and offered to bring something else. Absolutely not!! He was on point gods just need some work. I will never go again nor recommend 🤮

The food was pretty good but the service was a bit slow. I sat at the bar and didn’t receive much attention from the server. They may just need two people behind the bar at each time. One for the main bar and one for drinks for tables. The Mongolian tofu is my favorite and it was delicious as usual. Overall, I’d love for the ambience and service of this location to be focused on a bit more.

Dined at the Westshore P.F. Chang’s last night for the first time. The atmosphere inside was nice as always. I’ve dined at a few P.F. Chang’s locations through the years and unfortunately it’s not as good as it used to be. Service was decent. Atmosphere is excellent. My main issue is that the food portion for the price point is way off. I shouldn’t order an entree (chicken teriyaki) and still be hungry afterwards for the money they are charging. The portion of my entree vs, the Pad Thai was significantly lower. In addition, I kept tasting a plastic taste with every bite of my entree. Not sure why it tasted like plastic unless it was partially cooked or heated in plastic but it wasn’t in my opinion worth what I paid for it. That is the reason for the 3 star rating. I know times are tough, but I just don’t see the value for the expense for the food anymore. Maybe this will lead to better quality food or maybe it will won’t. It’s unfortunate, because I really was looking forward to a higher caliber food quality and flavor which isn’t the case.
